No content types are available on a multisite

Good day,

I am trying to use the plugin on a multisite. However, I am getting this message when trying to download content types

I am not sure if it is due to the multisite or if the server is blocking the request somehow.

How may I debug this further?

What may be raising the issue?

I also tried uploading a h5p file but it did not work.

We checked and the problem was produced by the plugin itself. it seems that it did not generated all the tables when installed. We uninstalled, purged its data via php admin (specially the options it had created) and installed it again. now it is working. Thank you
