More detailed installation instructions

Could you provide more detailed installation instructions? I am not certain how much of the repo I am meant to be downloading, or the method by which I should "run" the program. Attempting the run the .py file through Pycharm results in errors during the import stages.

I've added more detailed instructions on the README page (and also removed some old data files I had left in the repo so hopefully it looks a bit more organized). The instructions tell how to download the whole repo to preserve the relative paths to the lib/ folder for the imports.

But basically, all you need is bonsai.py and lib/ located in the same folder, and it should work if you run python bonsai.py from that folder. But let me know if you run into more issues with the importing and I can probably make it smoother.
