Can this be ported to micropython / circuitpython? That would be interesting, there are some other repos that I’m looking into that are not really logic analyzers but use some PIO cores to do their functions.
What I am wondering if for example,
I don’t need 24 channels but just 8 would that be to complicated to change the code? I just started looking into this. As an alternative to buying a logic analyzer for this other project / repo ( someone else made), but they use the analyzer between a pico and the usb device it connects to, but if I could just pipe the GPIO pins that the PIO is using ( I think it only uses 1 PIO ) pipe -> to PIO2 with the same amount of channels that PIO1 is using for its communication , I figure I could knock out both devices in 1
