Hi Glare.
I found a plugin conflict bug.
My server version:1.12.2 spigot
Guild version:Guilds-3.5.5.2
Wg version:worldguard-bukkit-6.2.2
WorldEdit version:FastAsyncWorldEdit-bukkit-19.03.21-a1ffd3d-1256-22.0.13
CMI version(for economy):CMI8.6.20.5
Vault
Citizens:Citizens-2.0.26-b1926

Here is what happen:
In the guilds config, i turn the repesct-wg to true
in the game, If npc inside a region with pvp flag allow. the NPC can be KILL by players
it because the conflict between Guilds and worldedit.(delete the worldedit everythings works fine, but most of the servers have the wordedit plugin)

also i had tried to set respect-wg to false in the config file.
and then it works fine. However, My server is a PVP server, so i turn off the friendly fire(guild member can hurt each other outside the spawn). At the spawn i set wg pvp flag to deny. but the guild member can attack/kill each other at spawn.
