Guild claims renting

Add a option for renting guild claim with the sign option. Like the normale guild claim buy signs. And can a command like this be added: /guild claim renting

This option make it possible the create a new market with claims.

Guilds can already be purchased through signs. Not really sure is renting is different other than a payment every X amount of time?

Now if you use /guild unclaim the region is completely removed and the signs explodes

That's a bit more complicated, having to save the instance of the initial land and restore it. Quite a bit more complicated than just adding a cost/time system.
