ploting only predefined junctions

Hi!

Is there a possibility to plot only predefined junctions? In my BAM file, I have a junction that I know is an alignment artifact - is there a way to exlude it from the plot?

Hi @Vita-github, not for now, but indeed we were wondering whether this would be a useful feature for the users. I see it may be needed sometimes. We will add it to the list of potential enhancements! Of course we are open to suggestions on the implementation.
