Dear professor Guido,

I am writing to you with great admiration for your excellent work on creating this package. As a junior researcher who is interested in diagnostic test accuracy meta-analysis, I find this package very useful and informative for my research.
I have a suggestion for improving the "diagstats()" function of the package. I think it would be very helpful if the function could also calculate the positive and negative likelihood ratios and their confidence intervals based on the model estimates.
This would allow users to evaluate the ability of the thresholds to confirm or rule out the condition, which is very important for DTA meta-analyses.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Sincerely,
Payam Jannatdoust
