They just called me from Securitas Direct telling me that I have requests every 2 minutes and the main control collapses...

Is it possible to extend the time between requests?

Thansk in advance

Hello, they have been calling me all week to set it to 1 hour between consultations.

Same for me in Spain.

The phone call starts by them explaining that your house alarm setup is making an unusual traffic to their servers and they are investigating this and this is the reason for the call. They call from "Securitas Proactive monitoring" -department and explain very politely the issue and guide you to change the interval to min of 1 hour.

They then ask if you use alexa or google or home assistant for the automation.

I changed it to 30min now.

For anyone looking for a fix, you can do this in the main Configure button of your integration:

Thanks so much for the explanation. I am also from Spain and they called me from the same department. :)

@tuomasva Thanks for jumping in and giving the instructions.

@guerrerotook Maybe change the default to 30 minutes or so?
