Selecting via keyboard inconsistent between browsers at EOL #60

This takes four presses of shift+rightArrow in Firefox (latest Win, 106.01 Mac), but, correctly, three presses in Chrome:

It should take three as selecting a visible pilcrow should be the same press as selecting an invisible paragraph break.
