Hi,

Is there a way to enable normal syntax highlighting in a rstExDirective?
Currently this is mapped to "String"

The reason I'm asking.
We write our documentation in sphinx as "trace-able items" which are defined by a custom directive so our sphinx traceability plugin (https://github.com/melexis/sphinx-traceability-extension) can parse them.
As a result our entire documentation consists of ".. item::" directives and with the current highlight scheme the entire document is highlighted as "rstDirective" followed by a "String"
