Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often users are searching in a specific area and it can happen to have more than one search result. But only one of the results is within their search area.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could add an optional argument to the Geocoder to limit the search area. It could be a BBOX or a simple polygon. I would suggest GeoJSON as format. We may even support MULTIPOLYGON features. In the database we later just need to filter the search by the polygon.

Additional context
Google Geocoder does not support this ;-)
