What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#search/analytics/analytics/v3/
2. Click "Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0" switcher, and select 2
permissions:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics and
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly and click "Authorize" button
3. Appears pop-up allowing access to the Goolge APIs Explorer as expected
4. Go to https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions and revoke
access for Google APIs Explorer
5. Again
https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#search/analytics/analytics/v3/
6. Click "Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0" switcher to switch ON, select
permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly and click
"Authorize" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect an authorization pop-up window to appear as on step 3, but appear
nothing. I tried to set both permissions I had previously - also nothing.
Only when I add a new permission I didn't have before, a pop-up window allowing
to grant access appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, Google Chrome Version 43.0.2357.134 m
