Description

영어공지를 DeepL을 이용하여 html을 영어 본문 html로 바꿔주는 api를 하나 만들면 됩니다. ai module안에 작성해 주시면 될 것 같습니다.
하지만 2024년 9월 21일 기준으로 deepL과 관련된 계정작업이 완벽하지 않으므로 계정작업이 완료되기 전까지 fe, flutter test를 위한 mock api를 만들어야 할 것 같습니다.

ETC

컨택스트는 나중에 수정을 해야할 수 있으므로, 환경변수로 만들어 놔야한다.
