Description

기존에 교수데이터가 없으면 "~교수님 데이터가 없습니다" 로 나타냈었는데 이를 EvaluationPage에서 교수를 선택하는 버튼 자체를 inactive로 만들기.

inactive button 디자인하기
EvaluationPage의 isEvaluationEmpty를 이용하여 적용하기.
