Parsing of data in RTS-GMLC format was implemented in #209. A few features were not included in that implementation. They include:

Support for CSP generators
Support for DC Branches (Include DC branches when reading GMLC-formatted csv files #281)
Default t0 state if none is provided (Rts gmlc parser updates #209)
Reconsider reserve treatment (simulation_objects.csv vs reserves.csv vs time series files) (Filter scalar reserve requirements #231)
