Quick Share doesn't seem to work with Android 9

When trying to share a connection string with a second device using Android Quick Share, my Android 9 test phone fails to send or receive.

I realize now that this is probably a bug in Android 9 and not our app. In any case, if we know Quick Share won't work in Android 9 we should warn the user or take away the option.
