Resize Images

Large images often overflow off the screen, and scrolling around to make annotations is annoying at best, so adding a resize feature would be very helpful.

MVP for this feature could just be another button in the toolbar, which, when clicked on, opens a small form which allows you to input the percentage of original size that you want your image to be, and then resizes the image accordingly.
