Thanks for this tool, been using it to download a large Skyrim modpack, I eventually got a warning that my C:\ drive is almost full which led me to notice that it has been double downloading every mod, one in Wabbajack itself and one in the browser which is automatically leading to your default system downloads folder.

Hi! You have a strange issue. Maybe Wabbajack change its way when opening a Nexus Mods page?
I will try to reproduce this bug but NDF should just click on the "Click here" link which SHOULD NOT make your computer download another copy of the mod (at least not in its own Home directory but in your download directory).
The built in browser seems to have it's own download section and it looks like 70% of downloads were getting picked up by it so I have just rebuilt the exe in the meantime and have changed out Template 3, working fine now.
Great! I will correct this issue with the command line interface feature allowing you to choose/replace/add templates. Keep me up to date if you find anything worth mentioning about this issue.
