I can't get AD auth to work on version 1.2. Connection test is ok. When I use the login check I get attributes back for the bind user (System Username.) When I attempt to authenticate and perform tcpdump capture, I see the same, the bind user's username and the regular user's password.
Any ideas?

So, I've now installed the graylog vm appliance and am getting the same result. Graylog will only authenticate the system username account. No other AD accounts will auth. Login test is same behavior, only systme bind user will authenticate, no AD accounts will.
