update credit card

I got a credit card last year as part of setting up Coinbase (gratipay/gratipay.com#1901). The card I got was 2% cash back with a $59 annual fee. At the time I was thinking that we'd be moving enough money through the card to offset the fee, but I was wrong. The annual fee comes up in April, but I wanted to get ahead of it so I just called Capital One and dropped us back to the 1.5% cash back with no annual fee plan.

I also got instructions for changing the business name on the account (#73). We need to send a written request to P.O. Box 30285 Salt Lake City, UT 84130-0285 with:

• new business name (and 24-char abbreviation for card if longer than that)
• first/last name
• account number
• address/phone on file
• tax id/legal structure
• one of:
  • IRS EIN confirmation
  • government issued business license
  • business tax return
  • six months of bank statements with new name + address on file
  • articles of organization

Once the new card arrives I'll proceed with the name change.
