Adding Rack Name, Location, Hardware Inventory, and Windows Patch Information to Grafana Agent

I hope this message finds you well. I've been exploring the capabilities of Grafana Agent for my monitoring needs and have identified a few enhancements that I believe would greatly benefit its users. I'd like to propose the addition of the following features:

1. Static Rack Name: Introducing an option to specify a static rack name within the Grafana Agent configuration. This would provide users with a convenient way to organize and categorize their infrastructure.

2. Static Location: Similar to the static rack name, having the ability to define a static location for each agent instance would enhance organization and management, especially in large-scale deployments.

3. Hardware Inventory: It would be immensely helpful to have visibility into the hardware inventory of the system where Grafana Agent is installed. This could include details such as CPU, memory, disk, and network interfaces.

4. Windows Patch Information: For Windows-based systems, integrating a feature to report installed patches would be invaluable for monitoring and ensuring system security and compliance.

I understand that not all users may require these features, so please suggest possible approaches for implementation
