Add optional aider-like automatic git commit.

Sometimes the interaction is detrimental to already created code. Sometimes I need to see exactly what was changed and where, even go back in time.

Aider solves this by creating automatic git commits every time code is changed. It would be great to have something similar for more serious development use.

The system can then prefer to overwrite existing skill files, instead of using new files with "_fixed" prefix.
