Distance is off when using start/end slider in elevation view.

I wanted to break my route into up and downhill segments. I used the elevation map and move the start and finish slider to the peak or trough of the first hill, then move the start slider to meet the finish slider, and then move the finish slider out again to the next peak/trough.

There is distance added in the end because the closest the start and end slider can get together is .07mi (on my 10mile route at least).
