I wonder can we use wsl or docker to run the libgphoto2 on windows?
Can we get access to USB drive

I haven't tried libgphoto on WSL, but you can access your USB devices from WSL using the usbipd tool in Windows: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/connect-usb

I can confirm that gphoto2 can be installed via apt on WSL2 and connect using usuipd
