Export to Word/PDF functionality

Having an export to word/PDF functionality for the static site/markdown site might be a nice to have.

Not sure how it would work though, especially if we start splitting out the content in to smaller subheadings and on their own page, then the export functionality would have to take ALL pages.

This also depends on if we will have more video content or gif screenshots. It would be interesting to see how desirable being able to print is.

Likely this is doable, but relies on the decision we make on #4
