  • Would be nice to have a friendly name for the agent, while also allowing the long name to be validated.
  • Basic vs. advanced mode needed for tallies
  • Simple explainer on privacy vs. transparency on profile. Or should there be a way to offer a subset of profile information in offer?
  • First phone number should auto-add in phones screen. Focus should go to phone field on add.
