Files in other source folders are not able to be linked to, possibly not in same index for backlinks #12

Hi, based on my current use of Lettersmith (via a light fork, which lets me use a different markdown parser), it seems that while Lettersmith is able to generate static pages for documents that are stored in all directories of the project folder and output them into a similar folder structure, it is not able to:

link documents together via Wikilinks when the file that's linked to is stored in another folder or to
include files from other folders in a document's list of backlinking documents.

Do you have any suggestions for how we might be able to get these things to work?

Do you have any notes about how the Wikilinks and backlinks index features work that you could point us to?
