功能描述
工作审批流：类似jira7.2之后的版本，可以配置一个流程中必须由某些角色审核通过之后才能往下进行

功能点
工作流每一步是提前配置好的，第一人提交完必须第二人的确认（类似审核）再流转给第三人，依次类推，可以按照任务的状态+每个状态配置操作人(或组)来处理

规则和影响
审核人审批成功进入下一步，审核不通过，任务结束
