Project Template
Wish you could add Project Template feature.

功能点

加入项目模板，不需要每个项目都重新设置一边，标签，工作流，迭代等所有项目设置。
事项界面是否可以设置一些默认值，比如某种事项可以默认是对应某几种标签，默认日期是当前等。
