Module 4 - Migrate from Google App Engine to Cloud Run with Docker

This repo folder is the corresponding Python 2 code to the Module 4 codelab. The tutorial STARTs with the Python 2 code in the Module 2 repo folder and leads developers through migrating away from App Engine to Cloud Run using Docker, culminating in the code in this folder.
