ENH: Git and Jupyter Notebook support

It would be really cool to be able to store data and notebook(s) in a Git repository with CSV (or CSVW with units) and an .ipynb notebook.

There are cookiecutter templates for creating git repos w/ .gitignore and a Makefile and ... for these types of projects:

There are also Docker containers which make it easy to launch a complete, consistent software environment:

It's possible to install Jupyter Notebook on an ARM Android device, but there aren't yet ARM builds for many of the packages in the Anaconda distribution (now based on conda-forge)?
