Cannot add multiple filters to dimensions or metrics in GA-dev-tools

Describe the bug
Cannot add more than one filter for dimensions/metrics

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to dimension or metric filter
2. Only one filter can be added, the option to add more filters is not available.

Expected behavior
Previously was able to add multiple filters for dimensions and metrics. The options to add an "AND", "NOT", "OR" filters were once available but are no longer visible
