Create banner option for xsecurelock. #151

It would be a great idea to create a banner option for xsecurelock.

Something like XSECURELOCK_BANNER, or even pulling the modt file.

That would be ideal for printing warnings on corporate computers.

There are already two ways to do this:

Using a screensaver that displays the MOTD. xscreensaver's apple2-main, fontglide, noseguy, phosphor, xmatrix, fliptext, glmatrix, gltext, splitflap, starwars and winduprobot savers can quite surely display MOTDs when configured to.
Using the pam_motd PAM module that allows you to display the MOTD in the auth dialog. Probably won't work too well unless the MOTD is just one line of text.
