Consider setting COPYFILE_FICLONE when copying output files

This makes makes a copy-on-write clone if the filesystem supports it, and does a normal copy otherwise. On many filesystems this is about as cheap as making a hardlink, but if something else does change the file later it doesn't change the file in the cache.
