Is it possible to make view center and contain whole hotspot html?

Context
I hvae hotspot contains a popup. When I click on the hotspot the popup will show up and I want the whole popup at the center of view.

The problem
I use scene.lookTo() but the result will like the following picture, you can see only the hotspot is on the center.
Wrong Result

What is expected ?
I want the whole hotspot html ( the popup is inside hotspot html ) to be visible and center on the view.
Like the following picture.
Correct Result
