Currently, --lwe-add-client-interface generates encode/encrypt and decrypt/decode functions in an backend-agnostic away at the scheme/LWE level.
However, the ConfigureCryptoContext pass (See #661 and mentioned PRs) that adds the keygen helper is OpenFHE specific.
