Some of the experimental use cases for Raksha involve performing policy analysis in a web environment (eg, the demo given to W3C recently). The web capabilities for those demos were largely spun up in an ad-hoc fashion by the presenter (@cromwellian) and were not industrial strength nor highly available. In the future, we would like to have a more official, better supported web API for Raksha, but we don't at the time of this writing have any customers demanding it. This issue tracks creating that official web API, to be tackled when we have more customer interest or when we start feeling the friction of the current demo-quality solution.
