check obsolete files in jdksmidi

The jdks lib has now been added to the project. So, we are not using the complete lib by jdks or thomas hopman. There are double files in the project as there were circular includes in the original lib (the Thomas H. hack). CHeck which files can be missed. Later separate the files from the main folder.
