Add option to change table of contents position to the left side of page #149

The current table of content is positioned to the right side of the page contrary to the usual place which is to the left.

Taken directly from Gokarna documentation:

It would be nice to make choosing the preferred ToC location (left or right) to be an option.

I tried to do this but TOC on the left makes the page look a bit weird because the left side is too crowded and right side is dry.

If I move the content div a bit towards the right, it shifts content in list-post.html template as well

This makes it look more like documentation than a blog, if there is demand for it we can put this as an option but does not look very good

I agree with @yashmehrotra let's hold off the change for now, unless it's requested by more people
