Unlock patron content for scholarship recipients

Motivation

Folks without the means to financially support The Liturgists can apply for scholarship, which unlocks all patron content for eligible individuals. We'd like to support this in the app.

Plan of action

• Enable users to enter their email address
• Confirm that they own the email address
• If the email address is in the list of scholarship recipients, unlock all content
  • Verify membership in MailChimp list, via its API

Scope

This is just the part where we display what the user has access to; the actual access control takes place in theliturgists/backend#26.
