When switching to the app, other apps' audio stops #193

Describe the bug
If another app is playing audio, that audio will stop when switching to this app.

To Reproduce

Open any app (e.g. Music, Overcast) and play audio.
Go back to the home screen.
Launch this app.

The background audio from the other app will stop.

Expected behavior
The background audio should keep playing until the user starts playing something else.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: iPhone X
OS: iOS 11.3
