Create contributors and tags; attach them to podcast episodes & meditations

Motivation

The People and Tags sections of podcast episodes and meditations look sad without any people/tags in them. Let's make them less sad.

Plan of action

For demo purposes, this can be done manually for a handful of recent entries.

For the rest, this will be more efficient to do in bulk, but Contentful doesn't have a bulk editor. Instead, I suggest using contentful-management.js with inquirer (with the checkbox-plus plugin to create a command-line tool for bulk editing. Our generate-contentful tool is a good reference.
