Just wanted to let you know that the first ENR in bootnodes.txt refers to the LAN address 10.0.1.97. Not sure if that makes a lot of sense unless it's being used in some sort of internal testenv :)
No, it's probably a node that failed to figure out the public IP address. Unfortunately, due to the unnecessary obfuscation using ENR, this can happen. It would be easier to handle libp2p multi-address format for bootnodes.
