Version 1.5.9 (32), MacOS 15.2 M1
'Auto-rotate by orientation tag' is enabled.

The attached JXL file shows in horizontal orientation in Phoenix slides. Other applications such as Preview, etc. show this image in the correct orientation. JPEG, HEIC and PNG images that are exported from this raw NEF image are shown without issue.
