This has been vaguely mentioned in relation to eGPU...but it's really about hotplugging of Thunderbolt 3, not specific to eGPU only devices. |
Have you managed to fix this? I see that it also happens with a USB 3.1 device on the TB left port |

This pretty much applies to all hackintosh. Just mentioning this here for full transparency (otherwise, new hackintosh users may assume everything 'works').
