Will not compile because of net/ipx.h

Fedora 34. Kernel 4.15.11-100.

I have kernel-core, kernel-devel, kernel-headers, kernel-modules, kernel-modules-extra all loaded.

IPX is not supported by the linux kernel since v5.15-rc1 see torvalds/linux@6c9b408

@jodydadescott it seems @fsantini added a retrocompatible version of your changes in #237. Maybe a fork is superfluous.

I confirm I faced this issue with a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04.
