Hi Arthur,
The error file contains ~20000+ glycan id and ~1500+ UniProtKB IDs that have encountered errors. The similar errors were seen during the last release but you had fixed them before the submission.
We believe the errors for glycan IDs are because the IDs do not have PubChem mapping and we could not find any reason for protein IDs. Random checks of the protein entries revealed they are swiss-prot and valid.
Can you please look into it.
