[Overview]
When I wanted to edit the block layout, I could not change anything other than the name and the comments.
So I needed to create a block layout from scratch everyone.

[Where]
Block layout (edit)

[It will be geart to be...]
It will be nice if I can edit the spots (e.g re-selecting features).
