There are entries in the unproblematic/auto-fixed sheet that have some naming/linker issues:

  1. 497 Sp - sequence has OCH....6NH2 as the linker, linker should be Sp23 (need to confirm)
  2. 497 Sp23 - sequence has OCH....6NH2 as the linker, it should be replaced with Sp23 as name suggests
  3. 504 Sp - has 6AA as the linker (shown in the sequence), it should be Sp24 according to carb_synthe_id
  4. 507 Sp - same as above
  5. 514 Sp - same as above
  6. 515 Sp - same as above
  7. 517 Sp - same as above
  8. 51 Sp? - need to be investigated, linker is shown as N(LT)AVL - in 4.2, 3.2, 3.1, exp (3_2/2872)
  9. 428 Sp - in auto fixed tab - linker is shown as LVaNKT - is this 428 Sp24?
  10. 51 Sp - in auto fixed tab - linker is shown as N(LT)AVL - there are several 51 Sp glycans (51 Sp12, 51 Sp13, 51 Sp8, 51 Sp21), is this one of these or a new one?
