@Mindyporterfield used tablemaker to make a first version of a glycomics CSV file for the data submission to GlyGen. Please confirm that the file is correct and as expected by the data submission.

  • columns
  • column order (if required to be fixed)
  • column content (currently all values are treated as/escaped as strings)

The file is for testing only. It is not intended for further processing or release to data.glygen.
